Mark Ernstmann is an Owner and Lead Consultant for Ernstmann Consulting, LLC. Mark is a practical, hands-on, process-focused professional with more than 30 years of experience in communications, facilitation/training, strategic planning, operations, and marketing/sales. His sweet spot is analyzing and optimizing all facets of an organization, including its people, strategy, functions, and processes, to drive effectiveness and maximize results. Having worked with many large commercial organizations, government, and many startups and early growth companies, Mark brings a broad and unique perspective to his clients and leverages a range of tactics and tools to drive the best result for them.
Both as an internal executive and as a consultant, Mark has focused his energy on creating and leading organizational and leadership development activities. He has also led clients through strategic visioning, strategy development and execution, change management, and process/program reviews. Mark is also an experienced facilitator, trainer, and project/program manager.
Mark spent the first 15 years of his career working for various government contractors, including SAIC for 10 years. After that, he transitioned into the world of commercial software co-founding CorasWorks. He was instrumental in growing and operationalizing the company, specifically the sales and marketing function. After an exit in 2014, Mark joined Ernstmann Consulting full time.
