Coaching
With the dynamic nature of today's business world, leaders are now more challenged than ever to communicate, collaborate, and commit quickly and efficiently. At Ernstmann Consulting we help leaders meet these challenges through coaching that is both reflective and action oriented. Our coaches have graduated from the accredited Coaches Training Institute (CTI), which is the first school to receive accreditation through the International Coaching Federation. All of our coaches have completed more than 100 hours of formal training and coaching.
Leadership Development & Mentoring
We work with clients to design leadership development programs tailored to your
organization. We encourage clients to charter a cross-functional design team to
work with us in customizing the program to the organization. We are experienced
in using action learning whereby participants solve real business issues through
a defined problem-solving process. We also believe in a "Leaders teaching
Leaders" philosophy and work to build programs that utilize internal leaders as
teachers, combined with external experts.
Managing Organizational Transition
Everyone has gone through a company reorganization and knows the pitfalls and
pains frequently involved. Ernstmann Consulting can help you manage this
transition period more effectively. We work with you to create and implement
strategies that clarify roles, build a shared vision and promote buy-in.
Managing change is about managing an event, but managing transition is about
managing people's personal reactions and concerns to the change.
Strategic Visioning
Our consultants have many years of experience facilitating Executive Team
strategic visioning retreats and team planning sessions. Using tools like
corporate culture audits, environmental scanning, SWOT analysis, portfolio
assessment and visioning, we work with groups to gain consensus and ownership of
the path forward. Through this approach, all members participate in the process,
which increases accountability and promotes commitment. We can also assist in
the development of tactical action plans to support the vision.
Team Building
Tense relationships, frustration with co-workers and confusing signals from
management can all destroy a team, lead to lackluster performance and create
conflict in the workplace. We work with you to analyze what is impacting your
team's ability to achieve goals and get results. Employing a variety of tools,
including the Leadership Circle 360-degree Assessment & Organizational Culture
Audit, personal style inventories and interviews, we assess team and
organizational dynamics to understand what is working and what is not. We use
these tools to improve the effectiveness of not only entire organizations but
individuals and teams as well. Our goal is to leverage team strengths, identify
tangible areas to improve and create an actionable plan to overcome them.
