Our coaches have graduated from the accredited Coaches Training Institute (CTI), which is the first school to receive accreditation through the International Coaching Federation. Leadership Development & Mentoring
We work with clients to design leadership development programs tailored to your organization. We encourage clients to charter a cross-functional design team to work with us in customizing the program to the organization. We are experienced in using action learning whereby participants solve real business issues through a defined problem-solving process. We also believe in a "Leaders teaching Leaders" philosophy and work to build programs that utilize internal leaders as teachers, combined with external experts.

Our consultants have many years of experience facilitating Executive Team strategic visioning retreats and team planning sessions. Using tools like corporate culture audits, environmental scanning, SWOT analysis, portfolio assessment and visioning, we work with groups to gain consensus and ownership of the path forward. Through this approach, all members participate in the process, which increases accountability and promotes commitment.
