Isabel Oliveti Nickle

Isabel Nickle is a facilitator and instructional design consultant with Ernstmann Consulting. She has worked with large and small organizations as well as commercial and government contractors. One of her key areas of expertise is in the instructional design and delivery of technical training and project management training. She has excellent working knowledge of all aspects of the instructional design process from needs analysis to evaluation.

Isabel has extensive experience leading and facilitating strategic visioning processes and strategic planning sessions as well as working with senior management teams to develop and deliver division off-sites and conferences. She is also skilled at working with teams to help create and implement process improvement plans. Throughout her career Isabel has specialized in training management, design and delivery.
